About Grand Harmonium Records

Grand Harmonium Records is a new independent label based in Scotland's capital city, Edinburgh.
Created in late two thousand five, the label is managed by Rosie Swanson. The office is (sort of) managed by Keith Lamb. This website was designed by Slava Rode and carefully maintained by Webmaster.

We are a small body of music loving folk working with and releasing music by artists and friends.
The artists currently on our roster include Steve Adey,
A Singer Must Die and Helena MacGilp.

We release music in most countries. Our titles are available from many outlets including good record stores, all Amazon international sites and other online outlets.
Our titles are also available to download from iTunes and other digital download stores.
Our on-line shop will ship items to almost anywhere - we offer free worldwide shipping on full length titles.

Our demo policy is simple - we want to hear your music! We would never discourage anyone who thinks they would fit in to what we do from sending demos. There is no need to send a full album. Often, the best demos contain just four or five songs -
if we want to hear more we will ask!
We simply don't have the time or resources to deal with every inquiry we receive, so please be patient. If we like what we hear we will get back to you.
We want to release many categories of music on Grand Harmonium. From heavy to quiet, from brutal to beautiful.
For us, the most important thing is that the music we release has originality, conviction and honesty.
