Grand Harmonium?
We are an independent record label. We sell records,
CDs, t-shirts, mugs, mousemats etc from all artists who release music
through Grand Harmonium Records.
How do I order?
On-line! please follow the instructions. If you
experience difficulties, simply email: keith_office@grandharmoniumrecords.co.uk
Can I order over the phone?
No, we currently do not take telephone orders.
Can I mail in an order?
Of course! Send us a cheque, in sterling, for
the appropriate amount along with details of what you want to order.
Please make cheques payable to Grand Harmonium Ltd and remember to include
shipping costs, as specified for each item, along with your delivery
address.

Is the site secure?
Yes! Grand Harmonium uses PayPal to process your
payment. PayPal’s secure server protects your payment information while
it is in transit over the internet. We do not store debit/credit card
numbers on our web server or anywhere in our office – all of this information
is held on PayPal.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes! We will ship pretty much everywhere. We like
prostituting our music in all continents.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We are based in the UK and promise to post in-stock
items within 24 hours of cleared payment (Monday through Friday).
UK Shipping: will be sent by 1st class mail which should take a 1 to
2 days from despatch.
Overseas Shipping: will be sent by airmail which should take about 1
week - a little more, a little less, depending on where you are.
